When a Govt tells you that "its property speculation or illegal workers causing the NZ financial system to suffer" just FORGET about the 100's of Billions in fraudulent illegal transactions on the NZ dollar in the non Taxed forward carry trade!. The same trade that Bankrupted ICE-LAND. So Evil!.
