Megaupload founder and internet piracy accused Kim Dotcom is set to return to court on Tuesday.

The hearing, at the High Court in Auckland, is a continuation of a judicial review of an earlier ruling that the US government has to grant Dotcom and his co-accused access to the evidence it holds against them.

The judicial review was sought by Crown lawyers acting on behalf of the US government, after Judge David Harvey ruled in Auckland District Court in May that the information set to be used against Dotcom and his co-accused in an extradition hearing had to be disclosed.

The first part of the judicial review hearing was held in early July.

The US is trying to extradite Dotcom to face racketeering, copyright and money laundering charges.

The extradition hearing is scheduled for March next year.

Judge Harvey has since stepped down from hearing the extradition case after he referred to the US as "the enemy" during an internet conference discussion on copyright laws.

Dotcom and his co-accused Mathias Ortmann, Fin Batato and Bram Van der Kolk, were arrested in January following a police raid on Dotcom's mansion in Coatesville, north of Auckland.

Why THE HELL is the US trying to extradite him, or NZ considering it, this was a crime that happened in NZ by a NZ citizen. Did I miss something? when was the US made governors/police/enforcers of the world? and when did we let them become so? Was there a UN vote to this effect that I'm not aware of? I guess NZ should remove the Union Jack from their flag and replace it with the stars and stripes.

International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) reports prove Dotcom is a victom!

It show competiting companies supporting the dotcom raid, while them selves caused more copyright-piracy.

FileSonic (USA based company) should be the one SHUTDOWN!
