different jan here. tough shit. these are glorified baby sitters and there are far too many of them. stay home and look after the children you have produced instead of palming them off to others, and expecting the tax payers to part fund your day care for your offspring. whine whine whine people. just find a peaceful street in suburbia and open one there to cause noise and traffic problems for a new set of people.
