Fines ? How about capital punishment - the death sentence.I am sure that there are hundreds, thousands, MORE people who would gladly dispatch these scum with their bare hands. I am equally sure that no jury would ever convict a person for taking out a spammer. The sooner society makes an example of these types, the sooner the problem will go away.
