US troops are scheduled to depart from Arghanistan ahead of schedule

New Zealand's SAS troops are due to leave Afghanistan next month as other countries, including the US, also move out.

American forces will end their combat role there next year - more than 12 months ahead of schedule.

What will happen to Afghanistan then?

The Taliban is confident of regaining control, but NATO denies that.
