LIVE STREAM 12PM: Key announces Cabinet reshuffle

Prime Minister John Key will unveil his new-look Cabinet at midday today.
It is widely expected that former minister Nick Smith – who resigned amid the Bronwyn Pullar/ACC saga - will return as a minister from the back benches.
He’s expected to pick up portfolios currently held by David Carter, who is tipped to replace Lockwood Smith as Speaker of the House.
3 News political editor Patrick Gower says Mr Key’s re-shuffle is “the worst-kept secret in Parliament”.
