as a long time Piha resident I say what a real privilege to have these young people come to compete in our community. Just very sorry about the weather and the surf conditions which are far from Piha's best.

If you don't want people where you are, go live somewhere no one wants to go. They have as much right to surf at Piha as people have to live there.
