Legal twists keep delaying Crafar sale

Most of us thought the sale of the Crafar farms to Chinese company Shanghai Pengxin was a done deal but the settlement date for the purchase keeps being delayed. 

Tristram Clayton was at the Hamilton District Court to explain two interesting legal twists involving Alan Crafar and some of the farms in question that seem to be delaying that settlement.

About the oil fracking - you said it was needed by the us for their dwindling resources - lies they have in excess of saudi arabia and have done a deal with saudi's over supply!
