I just started this detox. I am using %100 maple syrup(2 tablespoons) icy cold water (8 oz) and half a lemon, as well as a pinch of cayenne. I'm glad it is simple to make! I need a detox big time. I just recently became allergic to almonds - Pretty big sign I have some bad build up! I am also dry brushing at least once a day. I plan to do this detox for hopefully minimum 5 days. I appear to have mild hypoglycemia which kinda sucks because I teach guitar (haha). My plan: if I start on a Monday, then that gives me 5 days to detox without being tempted by friends to go party over the weekend. I really hope no one texts me to go for wings on Wednesday :( I have a boyfriend I need cook for which really blows... But oh well, I just hope I can eat almonds again.

I watched this as a part of my NCEA Level 2 Biology assessment, and some of the claims by this company made me laugh. it's all pseudoscience. this detox is not good for anyone, you would think the example of the woman fainting three times in one day would show that!!

I'm on my 3rd day of the detox (my first detox ever at 36) Day one was suprisingly easy Day two was a bit harder, I wasn't so much hungry, but wanted to eat. Today going well so far...felling very fresh, light and alert and have lost 2kg over the last 2 days I've made it a bit hard for myself as I'm cooking yummy meals for the rest of my family and will be on detox over Easter! I'm hoping to do 7 days.

Hi guys I have done the dtox diet 3 times now purely for weight loss as well as getting rid of bad body toxins... I never felt hungy at all, also try making the drink according to what tastes good to you, the more I made it the less the taste bothered me, really love it ice cold and the biggest reward was loosing 9 kgs in 7 days

I'm on the first day of the lemon detox and do not believe what the website says about it tasting "pleasant" it tastes horrible & burns on the way down after a couple of glasses. I feel dizzy & nauseous due to lack of food, not due to
"toxins" being released as the website describes.
I think its a have & now have wasted $90 buying it!

I am on the first day of a lemon detox diet. I haven't had a thing to eat all day and I am STARVING!! I cannot understand how people say that they did not feel hungry doing this. I am also a bit weak and shaky and like I said, this is only the first day. I'm not a big person or big eater either.
I'm not sure how long I wil last. At the end of the day I am starving myself which cannot be a good thing.
I'll try to stick at it though, I am just hoping that the dizziness and weakness is going to disappear or I won't be able to concentrate on my work on Monday.
