Lindsay Lohan celebrated her first night of freedom with an evening out on the town in Los Angeles.
The actress was released from house arrest on Wednesday after serving 35 days in home confinement.
Lohan wasted no time in heading out with friends - she visited Hollywood hotspot Lexington Social House, attracting a huge crowd of photographers.
Upon leaving the venue, Lohan was left red-faced after stumbling as she made her way through the scrum of snappers, prompting one paparazzo to shout out, "She's drunk!"
The Mean Girls star was sentenced to three months under house arrest for violating her probation from a 2007 DUI case by taking a necklace from a California jewellery store. She was initially handed a 120-day jail sentence, but she was allowed to serve time at home in Venice, California due to prison overcrowding.
She must now abide by the terms of her release and complete 480 hours of community service and take an anti-shoplifting class.
