Imagine making your living going to parties.  That’s what exactly what one photographer, known as “The Cobra Snake”, has managed to do.

Mark Hunter, 27, has made a name for himself travelling the world taking photos of everything he sees, and has become a huge name in the international photography industry.

He is everywhere from celebrity parties to bar mitzvahs, and says he revels in happy occasions.

“It makes me really happy to see somebody being happy, that’s such a great feeling,” he says.  “At birthday parties, at weddings, there's true emotion and that's when I try to sneak in there and snap with my camera.”

It’s candour that he looks he for, so while he is always seated front row at fashion shows around the world he says it is not the models that capture his eye.

“The audience is really what I’m most passionate about coz you see all these crazy shoes, all these crazy hand bags, and people with coloured hair,” he says.  “That's what really stands out for me and its what I like to focus on when I’m photographing.”

Hunter runs a website where his photos can be accessed.  He has captured well over a million images in his decade-long career, and he has never deleted a single one.

“The Cobra Snake” is also a style icon. He runs an online vintage clothing shop with items sourced from his travels, and particularly from sin city.

“I really love thrift store shopping in Vegas, coz there are always these old people that die, and then their clothes are in these thrift stores

Hunter says fashion should be fun and comfortable and there is no limit to what he would wear.  He says he regularly buys shirts from homeless men.

“They really use the clothes, they have a life to them, I’ve found amazing rock and roll t-shirts, Mickey Mouse t-shirts on these homeless men, and I’ll give them 20 bucks which is more than enough for them to buy a night worth of alcohol or drugs.”

And for someone who is undoubtedly doing well from his job, buying off the homeless is just one of the thrills in which he indulges.
