The Earthquake Commission may well have over 85% of satisfied customers. However, the people waiting in Gisborne for ECC to come to the party re the earthquake damage sustained in the 2007 earthquake are NOT satisfied, and the ECC should be doing all they can, to make sure that these customers ARE satisfied.
