Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it has. Major privacy breaches can be added to the list of disasters associated with Novopay.
Somehow, Novopay has ended up giving some teachers’ records to the wrong schools – schools they don’t work at.
These records contain personal information, including bank account details, and have been made available to schools who simply shouldn’t have it.
This has happened many times, and Campbell Live understands that most of the victims of the breaches don’t know about them.
