An Ohio man has become the new Pac-Man world champion, recording a perfect score in the fastest time ever.
David Race clocked the game in three hours, 41 minutes and 22 seconds, with a perfect score of 3,333,360, according to record keepers Twin Galaxies.
To achieve the feat, a player must eat every single dot, ghost and goodie prize over the game's 256 screens. A glitch in the code then puts the player into an impossible stage, effectively ending the game.
The previous record holder completed was Chris Ayra, whose time was 42 seconds slower. The first person to record a perfect score was Billy Mitchell, who shot to fame in 2007's The King Of Kong documentary.
