One man is dead and a woman injured after a car collided with a concrete truck in New Plymouth this morning.
The accident is understood to have occurred on State Highway 3, Devon Road, around 7:50 this morning.
Police say the force of the impact dislodged the mixer bowl from the concrete truck, spilling its contents onto the road.
The truck’s female driver has escaped with minor injuries.
