A Christchurch man who admitted to killing his wife and a neighbour before burying them under his home, is to be sentenced at the High Court today.

Jason Somerville pleaded guilty in November to murdering his wife Rebecca Chamberlain and neighbour Tisha Lowry.

The house under which the bodies were found has been demolished after being the subject of repeated arson attacks.

I also know people who attended high school with him and though im not defending him in ANY way. I'm told he was the subject of alot of bullying at high school. Sodomy among other things. So although there is no excuse for these horrid acts, my personal opinion is that those bullies, at a christian school not to mention, helped create the person that he has become. VERY SAD!!!
