An American stuntman is hoping to become the first person in a century to cross Niagara Falls on a tightrope.
It's part of an effort to boost tourist numbers to the region, which has been hit hard by the recession.
But the plan has to clear a number of bureaucratic hurdles before it becomes a reality.
