This is the STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard. While I'm 100% certain that the use of that tiny piece of music was intended as a conscious reference to the classic kookaburra song, it's hardly a 'substantial' piece of the song; it's only one line, and they didn't even use any of the words! It's an homage, an allusion - not copyright infringement.
