Pay disputes and the cost of repairing leaky homes are thought to have contributed to the collapse of New Zealand's third largest commercial construction company, Mainzeal.
Its collapse will see a lot of attention focussed on Richard Yan, the owner of Mainzeal's parent Richina Pacific.
