To me it comes down to the fact that at first the couple held up the album process by not choosing their photos, then Gayle held up the final print etc through her own life falling to pieces. Gayle did offer to remedy the situation and this appears to have been declined!? She has offered, let her put it right then move on... All those that have bought into the drama in this one sided biased story should be ashamed! You are believing and judging the "story" as portrayed, not the FULL story. Have a heart, don't judge and I do hope that your life doesn't fall to pieces for you to discover that you may be unable to cope and shouldn't judge others so harshly. Why get on the band wagon and be so nasty?!

Lets remember Mike and Mandy got married back in 2006, This is no excuse if you ask me. I would be mortified if I put clients through this. A month turn around is more than enough time for a wedding, Gayle has produced some lovely work but maybe another staff member (back then) to help with the load would of helped if you couldnt keep up and deliver.

On the day she was great but the married couple are also still waiting for their wedding photos. If times are too tough stop taking clients, simple as that. Someones bad year should not be affecting the happiness of a newly married couple who are anxious to see the photos that they have paid for.
