Miley Cyrus spent only $12 on a top for her worldwide tour, her stylist has revealed.
The 'Hannah Montana' star - who is known for her rock chic style - had Simone Harouche keeping her looking fresh while on the recent worldwide tour and now Simone has revealed the young star loves nothing better than a good bargain.
She said: "Miley loves the black fringed vest that she wore in her new campaign for the Miley Cyrus + Max Azria photo shoot."
The top Simone's describing can actually be brought for $12 from the online store Walmart.com.
She continued: "Dress up your basics with a fun accent piece. Cords are a great wardrobe staple and are trend-right for fall and winter.
"Leggings are good basics. They're versatile and look terrific with boots and an '80s inspired tunic for a rocker look."
The 17-year-old singer-and-actress recently said she thought she was the "coolest" person she knew.
She said: "I'm pretty cool. I'm pretty much the coolest person ever... no, I'm pretty cool. I'm pretty much the coolest person ever."
