agree with JD on that...the justice system is a bit of mess just like the building itself. Its more like a collective agency or a finance institute building...

The tangled mass of bronze on the outside of the new Supreme Court building is rather apt. Sort of a reflexion of the tangled mess our justice system is currently in.
