Jan Molenaar’s partner Delwyn Ismalia Keefe, 44, was further remanded on drugs charges when she appeared in Napier District Court today.

Ms Keefe entered no plea to the charge of selling and possessing cannabis for supply.

She will remain in custody until her pre-depositions hearing on July 1.

Police allege Ms Keefe had been involved in selling cannabis for the past four and half years.

She was arrested in Napier on the day her partner shot and killed Senior Constable Len Snee and wounded two other officers and a neighbour.

It was previously reported that police found two cannabis plants, and eight to 10 ‘ounce’ bags of cannabis on the Chaucer Road property after Molenaar shot him self.
