ive had first hand experience of drivers using mobile phones while driving, and becos theyre concentration is elsewhere they are not concentrating on which lanes theyre spose to be in.. this brings roadrage out of people.. so im all for enforcement!! maybe a harsher fine would stop the trend perhaps? *Shruggs*
