Winston would have been treating this issue very carefully. The evidence is no doubt overwhelming and Winston would've had no choice but to sack him immediately. That's what you are supposed to do to run a tight ship. There are some circumstances which would need quick action, this is one of them.

Irrespective of the truth or otherwise of the allegations, it is unfair of Peters to sack Horan WITHOUT letting him know first. According to the lawyer, Horan heard of Peters decision and announcement through the media. Oh, dear!
