Saeran - if it is too windy to drive dont you think it will be too windy for a chopper?

How do they think they can find accommodation for 2000 people on Mt Hutt. I've been to Mt Hutt a few times and love the ski field but they will struggle to find accommodation for 200 people alone 2000. If they can't drive down the road soon I think they might have to make a few helicopter trips. Although they might not have the money to do so they can't just leave 90% of their stranded visitors/custumers outside in the snow to sleep.

Mt Hutt are well known for getting people up there regardless of weather forecast, staying open long enough so they don't have to give a refund and then close the field down.

In this case they would have known what the weather forecast meant, should never have opened but the dollar rules. Any regular Canty skier knows to take any MT Hutt report with grain of salt, North West wind, what nth west wind.
