I would think that little NZ with four Aussie banks running things is not even in the money queue.

I am sure that those overseas banks have many places to invest their funds that will pay a far better return.

Kiwis are very deluded about our place in the world, we are not better than a flash Fiji.

Life in NZ over the next few decades is going to become progessively more 3rd world (one in five children being bought up on a benefit is a good example).

We have just had 9 years of Labour Govt that speed up this process and now do nothing Key is going to waste the next 3 years.

Kiwis are like frogs, happy sitting in a pot of water as it slowly gets hotter not noticing our predicament.

Things like global warming are a side show to take our minds of the fact that NZ is in serious decline, a nation of bed makers and cow milkers, neither of which are ever going to return NZ to 1st world status.
