The Yikebike
Kiwi ingenuity on wheels has made it to the front cover of Time magazine.
The Yikebike - a 10kg pack-away electric bike aimed at the urban market - is one of Time's inventions of the year .
Designed by Christchurch inventor Grant Ryan, he says providing a clean, green transport option for the concrete jungle is the key to the Yikibike's success.
Mr Ryan says he and his team are thrilled with the recognition.
