The Trenz Tourism conference kicked off in Auckland yesterday.

One tourism niche which is showing signs of growth for New Zealand is what's called medical tourism: People choosing to come to New Zealand to combine a relatively cheap medical operation with a bit of sightseeing.

Ruth Grau of US-based Springboard Vacations is promoting such packages and she spoke to Michael Wilson. Watch the video.
