Obesity has been with me for most of my life. Seven years ago I had to leave a lucrative career and become a beneficiary. My income reduced to 10% of what I use to earn on a weekly basis. You would think I could dump the weight to meet my circumstances. Ive dropped two kgs. Ive gone from 125kgs to 123kgs in seven years. My exercise has picked up ...cycling, walking to match the income but the fat still lingers. I hate it! I dont drink alcohol... thats lessened by 80%, i gave up smoking, Ive given up most things... and yet i remain obese. Even done triathlons. Sad!
