The managing director of Australian-based Octa Phillip Bioscience Managers is set to invest $2.5 million into a Nelson fish oil company, saying great management is what turns ideas into business success.

Jeremy Curnock Cook spoke to Firstline this morning, saying New Zealand’s science and innovation is world-class.

“Innovation is going to come from all sorts of different places, and New Zealand has a very important role to provide that information, so it’s getting those new ideas into that public domain that is important,” he says.

Mr Curnock Cook says the decision to invest in fish oil came on the back of increasing amounts of research showing fish oil is important in the medical sector.

yes this company , will and is making omega3 fish oil , and is a great company , with the view to ex pan very soon with in cress sale of fish oil , omega3 in the world and soon will list on the stock market. NZ needs good company's like this to list on the market ,that are run well a company that has very good growth
