Children in Somalia are desperate for food, water and attention

Every day more than 1500 people are arriving at the Dadaab refugee camp near the Somali border and drought and famine continue to devastate the region.

Many have walked for days; some are children on their own, and all are desperate for food, water and medical attention.

New Zealander Janna Hamilton is working for Oxfam at the camp.

She talked via Skype to cameraman Chris Jones about her experiences.
