We wanted places for those that have been abused to come forward and talk freely of how they were abused, you cannot blamed on parents for abusing their children where CYF sent many children to the unknown homes to be abused by the cares that was offered by CYF'S.. Some of these children were abused used and pregnant at 13 while under CYF'S care and CYF'S has the chicks to sent the children home to their families with the influnence of drugs and alcohol and later blamed it on the family, the children were on drugs and alcohol while under CYF'S care..
