E-therapy? for the rich and famous perhaps... but not for the most at risk groups in NZ... children in Lower Socioeconomic areas... with no internet access. Definitely a policy catered to the children of rich overpriveldged kiwis. Not one that will help much at all otheriwse. Another John Key fizzer.
