the new RUC are an incredible stuff-up on the Govt.legalislative dept.and i find it unbelieveable that Joyce and Bridges got it so wrong!! I am now being told to pay the same fee for my 15t (loaded) horsetruck as my 21t (loaded) graintruck. This is all to do with the GVM weights, and they call this progress!!!!!

The govt needs to be taken to court over this ,the likes of bread trucks , motor homes etc will never be loaded to max but we get charged for it . If my company was to charge for something I did not supply im sure i would end up in court and i would be in the wrong why should the govt get away with it
