NZ mountain-biker narrowly misses out on medal in Poland

New Zealand's Marquita Gelderman missed the bronze medal in the sprint event at the world mountain-bike orienteering championships by 22 seconds in Poland today.

Gelderman also finished fourth at the 2005 championships in the middle distance event.
