The mother of Jonas Brothers star Nick Jonas has confirmed reports the pop idol is going solo on a new album.
Denise Jonas tells Parade.com her son has temporarily turned his back on the pop trio to concentrate on a new project.
She says, "Nick is working on a solo act. It's called Nick Jonas and The Administration."
