It could be anyone of any ethnicity. It could be a local or neighbour. West Auckland has bad gang affiliations with lots of sex offenders and non of them want to talk. Someone knows something.
I guess the police already thought of this but could the asian woman they are looking for in fact be an asian man- many young asian guys have long straight hair and wear sandals and have a slight build that could be mistaken as female if not looking too closely.
