I have not received my holiday pay, and they did not even know I was due any. I have received a vague email saying it is being dealt with its escalating urgency. What on earth does that mean. I have not heard from the person in charge of my case but did hear from the contact on the website to say they will contact me. If as the associate minister claims I am paid tomorrow - I will fall off my chair!

Many as we know are employed by the education sector , in this whole debacle the support staff seem to have been forgotten in the media. Yes I feel sorry for all , but support staff are often struggling single parents , as the year draws to an end and appears NOVAPAY have still not rectified their issues you can await and see some homeless families ... MERRY CHRISTMAS huh ? The old system worked ... payslips sent on weekend for the upcoming payment .. NOW payslips sent willy nilly pay day tomorrow and payslip via email not coming till 9am tomorrow. How do people on strict budgets and barely getting by budget for this. how do you tell your landlord ... sorry NOVAPAY decided to not pay this week. Other government agencies give penalties for late payments .. eg IRD ... how does an employee not have same right? This is Christmas and I am stressed. Support staff member 8 weeks without pay and reliant on my wage due being paid on time etc and a pay slip so can budget.

In all of this debacle not once has anyone said what did multiserve do wrong. They repeatedly say of the millions tax dollars spent to implement this system and one can only assume they thought they would be saving money. When there was nothing wrong with the system before one can only assume someone is getting a golden handshake to have brought this non functioning system in. I have waited 20 minutes today to get to speak to someone who could only advise filling in another form, (for the 3rd time ) they have no trace of the email reference numbers for a staff member who has left in September still owed 40 hours. I won't hold my breath. I dread payroll day, cringe at the sue report waiting for the next increased work load.

No Pay novapay , Services have been rendered by teachers, payments have and are still failing to be payed, engage BAYCORP. Frankly this is incompetency and theft, then listening to the lies from the MOE "Oh there is only five people not payed" , yea right at least 12 at my school, we can only imagine what Xmas will bring.

I have not been paid by Novopay either... as a reliever. My last pay was nearly a month ago. Might have no option but to go on the Dole- Crikey!, is this how we value workers? Something must be done, and someone to be accountable- mortgage defaulting soon and no money for food, power or phone. Lovely.

it seems as though I am one of the few people who has benefited from the switch to novapay. I have had no errors whatsoever; however, there was an instance where I was informed, in advance, that there may be a delay, which was rectified promptly.

Why the minister of eduction always emphasis on 89,000 out of 110,000 are paid correctly? If I am the minister of education I won't say it so LOUD unless I have pay all of the 110,000 teachers correctly. Just wonder whether the minister of eduction is one of the 89,000 that been paid correctly?!

There is one thing about Novopay that is most noticeable. And that is that amongst all the difficulties with the system, the difficulties with contacting someone, either by phone or email, and in the workshops they have run to try and sort the issues out, they don't know about that magic word -sorry. While that would not have excused all the problems, it would have at least helped a little. But it is not a word that is known or understood by anyone associated with No - pay! not novo pain!
