Actor Ryan O'Neal has no problems with the fact he was left out of longtime companion Farrah Fawcett's will, insisting he doesn't need the cash.

The late Charlie's Angels star left nothing to O'Neal in her last will and testament, dated 2007, but handed the couple's son Redmond US$4.5 million and left bumper cash pay-outs to ex-lover Greg Lott, a nephew and her dad.

In a new statement, O'Neal insists he was with the actress when she signed off on her will - and agreed he should receive nothing.

The statement reads, "Farrah's and my relationship was based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond.

"After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing, we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate.

"These were Farrah's wishes and I am perfectly happy with them."

Fawcett was 62 when she lost her battle with cancer in June.

YEAH RIGHT Ryan. We all believe you, your actions in Farrah's final days with your desperate attempt to Marry her. There was only one obvious reason for a legal document on one's death bed. You're the worst of the worst..and you fool no one. Especially Farrah!!
