Rappers Odd Future have been accused of setting a palm tree alight when a bottle rocket stunt went wrong at a recent street party.
The controversial collective were hanging out with fans when an unnamed member of the group sent a handmade firework spiralling into the sky above Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles, where bandmates run a clothing store.
The rocket didn't get far - it was caught in the palm tree fronds and exploded, setting the tree alight.
The blaze was caught on camera phone by a bystander, who has since posted the footage online.
The awning of an Italian restaurant next door to the Odd Future shop was destroyed by the blaze and reports suggest members of the group, which features rapper Tyler The Creator, have promised to pay for the damage.
It is not clear when the accident happened.
