Oprah Winfrey will dedicate an entire talk show to Michael Jackson in the US on 16 September.

The TV host's new season begins in America with an exclusive two-part interview with Whitney Houston on 14 September, but she'll be digging through her archives to honour another pop music icon two days later.

Winfrey will show unaired footage from her 1993 interview with Jackson in an episode due to be broadcast on 16 September.

Jackson died on 25 June.
