The annual Wellington rugby sevens tournament kicks off tomorrow and a welcome parade for the 16 teams competing is about to begin in the central city.
Floats and cheerleaders are in place ready to execute the same enthusiasm which will be mirrored by the crowds over the weekend.
The rugby could come in at third place once punters are dressed up and have had a few drinks.
