True celebrities are a rare breed, and none more so than the one reporter Natasha Utting met.

Sirocco the Kakapo shot to international stardom after his unnatural preferences were caught on camera.

He starred in a slightly unusual YouTube clip with Stephen Fry and zoologist Mark Carwardine.

The 'parrot porn' has been viewed over three million times on YouTube, and Sirocco has over 49,000 friends on Facebook.

A bit like Brad Pitt and Oprah he is using his fame for good. As part of his role as our official conservation spokesbird the avian A-lister is going on tour.

Watch the video.

If you'd like to meet Sirocco, he's at www.orokonui.org.nz in Dunedin for a month. And will be at http://www.visitzealandia.com/site/zealandia_home/ from the 29th of September.
