I think Paul is amazing, he is straight to the point and says things as they are. His comments are honest and you know what he is FUNNY. Good on him, i don't believe he should have lost his job. He found the situation humourous and it was. Many people at home were laughing also. The only reason people are mad is because he said it on television. Big deal. GOOD ON HIM.

Very interesting to read the comments on this page. I watched the 60 Minutes show on Paul (all the way through!) and I still think he is great!! I don't think he is all the things the knockers are saying. Paul has got confidence in himself, and he doesn't give a rat's a..se what others think - and good on him for that! We are all entitled to have an opinion, and Paul is entitled to have his. As for his mother, don't bring her into this. It is obvious that she loves her son very much, and he her. What's wrong with that? We need more people in this country of ours, who are not PC and scared to say what they think. Go Paul - there are heaps of us who love you just the way you are. You make us think and a lot of it is "tongue in cheek". It is a shame that there are so many people in New Zealand that don't have a sense of humour. By the way - Dikshit is said just the way it is spelt. Found it amusing to hear Peter Williams trying to tell Paul that it is "Diksit". The lady herself confirmed the correct way to pronounce her name. By the way, we have enough in our country to worry about without venting our spleen on people like Paul. Those who know him know that he is a genuine good bloke and is a very sincere friend.

TV3, what on earth are you doing putting this monkey on your screen? He had a whole show for himself and he had enough air time to prove what a bottom he really is. Why waste another half an hour of our lives on this "pauper".

Paul actually has a sense of humour. whereas most kiwis just pretend they do. I love his arrogance. good on him. only the sad and insecure have a problem with him.

I think he is an opinionated pompous little man with a great big self-made ego. Can't stand his inane giggling! Keep him off our TV screens.

What may other people say but majority of " KIWIS" would still classify him as a person who crossed the line. As per him and people supporting him a " New Zealander" is "a white" as he himself having an English heritage and he being born here dons't make any more "KIWI".... Another person who is born here and devoted his life and contributed towards the society and economic development of this country but just coz he is not "white" is not a New Zealander.... shame on you Paul and his supporters.

I am a 32 year old male lawyer. White. Not homosexual. Everyone I know thinks Paul Henry is an idiot who wouldn't make a living in any other industry because he is a 4 year old. His mother should be ashamed. As should the networks who continue to force this snide little man on the general public. He makes most normal people under the age of 50 switch channels...and no, we didn't watch this entire interview either ... because it is progressing as just more of the same old snooty opinionated UK immigrant baby boomer crap. Not funny. Not clever. Not impressed.

Ever since the 'dickshit'incident I formed a strong opinion about Paul Henry, & after watching the 60 minutes interview that opinion was completely consolidated, I think Paul is a complete idiot with minimum talent if any at all.

Mike, He is not on Television because he wants or needs money. He is on Television because the Television network wants money. The are dragging him out of the woodwork because he is still one of the most controversial people to ever speak on New Zealand Television. Networks thrive on that. I think we should judge the Paul Henry inside us before judging Paul Henry himself.
