Sir Paul hospitalised

Sir Paul Holmes has been taken to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
It is understood that he is in a stable condition and that his family are gathered at his bedside.
They have requested privacy at this time.
The veteran broadcaster was knighted on Wednesday last week in an early investiture ceremony at his home.
Sir Paul, 62, was made a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the New Year's Honours for services to broadcasting and the community.
