I just read in the Sunday News that Paul Reynolds is the highest paid person in New Zealand, at $4.74m per year, almost $2m ahead of the next highest. Why the hell is he being paid so much money? He still says that the campaign was a good idea, proving that he is out of touch with the average New Zealander, and yet we put up with exorbitant phone and internet costs so we can pay him a king's ransom. He's not my king, and nobody deserves that sort of salary! Capitalism has a lot to answer for.
