The only bosses in my office are women. All of the women at my work are paid least as much as me and have done a lot less!
These women need to go back to work and stop causing an unnecessary ruckus, women are paid very well. From my experience they are paid the same as their male counterparts.
I don't believe in this myth as at my place of work which is dominated by women population, they have some of the highest salaries around!! So how does this generalization happen when stats NZ report that women workers exceed men workers in the White collar work force.
just looking back the past few years, some of the highest paid jobs were Woman, both the former heads of Telecom and Westpac come to mind.
