Women are paid less because Governments, the male dominanted Courts and Employers do not really value women enough. Actually as a society we are still very sexist at a deep,level; We take it as red that women don't direct action film blockbusters, or become big tycoons, or are computer boffins, inventors, or writers of non romantic huge selling novels. We live in a world of Illusions where we put artificial limits on both who we really are, and what we could become, both indiviudally as characters, or united together.Gromit 2x
