Pearl Jam announce shows for NZ

Pearl Jam announced today they will play in New Zealand in November. Pearl Jam, known for hit songs Better Man and Alive, would play for one night each in Auckland on November 27 and Christchurch on November 29.

The tour is to promote the band's ninth album, Backspacer.

Ben Harper, Relentless 7, and New Zealand's Liam Finn are to open for the band.

Tickets go on sale on August 17 and were available from Ticketek, www.ticketek.co.nz.
